Technical Description of the Production Plant:
Cutting and machining for plastic window production is performed independently of the profile system with individual cutting operations. The system is controlled with a screen dialog system with a Windows operating system and a complete database structure. The intelligent process-oriented transport system is based on self-controlling, throughput-optimized process logics. The modular design permits customized design of the plants with optimized costs of up to 240 production units in an 8-hour period.
